What’s the project’s story?

Linford Choo, a 21-year-old maker, joined XPC 3 years ago to make cosplay costumes. In June 2015, he went into making rings out of wood. Step by step, he tried different kinds of materials: resin, acrylic, coins, metals… All his designs are on sale on facebook and instagram. His added-value? Everything can be customized to your taste!

How do they interact with the workshop?

At XPC, Linford uses the drew press, woodworking tools and most of the machines. He had the opportunity to learn how to use the machines here and was helped by XPC’s co-workers.

What’s next?

Currently working at XPC as a creative craftsman, he designs his rings during the night. With 7 monthly orders without any advertising toward the general public, his big dream is to develop a full-time business out of his rings.
